In the past Greg has had extensive professional experience working for Bank of Hawaii as well as other banks on the mainland. Now a resident of the Big Island for more than 20 years, in 1998 he turned his efforts to the real estate profession full time, first as the Executive Officer for the Kona Board of Realtors, responsible for association management and facilitating the National Association of Realtors Code of Ethics, then in 1999 becoming a Realtor, was recognized as Rookie Top Producer that year. In 2002 became a Real Estate Broker, in 2009 was the overall Top Producer for Clark Realty, the largest Brokerage on the Island and has ranked in the “Top 100 Realtors”, state wide in “Hawaii Business Magazine”.
During the course of his real estate career he has devoted the time and energy to continuing education achieving designations as; Broker, GRI, Graduate of the Realtor Institute, CRS, Certified Residential Specialist, ABR, Accredited as a Buyers Representative and CIPS, a Certified International Property Specialist and now is the Principal Broker for his own boutique company, Kona-Kohala Realty LLC.

Greg’s affiliations have included; National Ski Patrol, Friends of the Children’s Advocacy Center, Exchange Club, Volunteer Fireman EMT on San Juan Island WA, Little League Coach for the renown Friday Harbor Royals, Past President Kona Toastmasters and the Past President of Kona Kohala Chamber of Commerce. Greg also served in the United States Marine Corp as a CAP Marine, (the Marines other war in Vietnam), with ten Marines and a Navy Corpsman living with the villagers outside the wire, engaged in civil affairs and counter insurgency efforts. Greg relates well with all people of good will and has a strong dedication to freedom and responsibility for all.
